The Trust was awarded the Disability Employment Award
sponsored by Shaw Trust. ERSA says that this award 'Recognises an employment
services provider who has demonstrated exceptional commitment in supporting
jobseekers with disabilities and health conditions to achieve sustained
employment'.
The Trust has employment centres across the East of England and recently celebrated helping its 12,000th customer into work. In addition to helping people find and keep a job that is right for them, the charity also offers a free recruitment service to employers.
The ERSA Employability Awards, now in their third year, seeks to celebrate and champion the exceptional people and organisations highlightint the diversity of employment support in the UK.
