The Comedy Store is open almost every day of the year with a strict over-18 policy. The venue has a different show each night and is accessible. There is a disabled toilet but it has only one armrest which may be difficult for some. A chair-lift leads to the auditorium so you must be able to leave the wheelchair, descend via the chairlift, then retake the wheelchair once at the bottom of the stairs. This means that large electric wheelchairs are unable to gain access, but most other types can.
Patrons with a disability can also join an Access List and may be eligible to receive tickets at concessionary prices. The tickets are available, subject to availability, for performances on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Friday and Saturday 11pm Show and Sundays.
