Tube For Disabled

After The Mayor of London turned down a challenge to spend a day in London in a wheelchair, a map has been created to show just how few stations across the network offer step-free access.

Boris Johnson declined to take part in the proposed televised challenge from Paralympic champion Hannah Cockroft after claiming wheelchair access on the tube is so bad he would struggle to get to his appointments on time if he were travelling around the capital city in a wheelchair.

The striking image  by Euan's Guide shows the tube network through a disabled person's eyes, highlighting the limitations faced when trying to travel around London on the Underground and also showing the differences in facilities between different areas of the city, such as East and West London.
What is your experience?
