Transparent Hotel!

A completely transparent hotel room shocked passers- by in the heart of Bath.

With unrivalled views of Bath city centre, two pairs of daring guests stayed overnight in the LateRooms.com Bubble which, measuring 4m high and 4m wide, comes complete with its own 2m high entrance tunnel.

The transparent dome was fully equipped with all the plush luxuries you’d expect from a premium hotel room.
Bubble guest, Lisa Jones, said, “It’s truly an unforgettable once in a lifetime experience.”

It has its own freestanding bath (putting the bath into the Bubble in Bath, if you like), a comfy bed, luxurious linen and fur throws. And of course it has the delights of the city quite literally on its doorstep and available to view through its transparent walls 24 hours a day.

Earlier this year LateRooms.com carried out a piece of research into British bathing habits, and revealed amongst other things that the bubble bath is a rare luxury for many people, with more than a third of Brits taking just four baths or less a year.

The Bubble is going on tour but where would you like to see it next? Luxury camping at a festival, front row at a concert or completely secluded in the wilderness, simply tweet @LateRooms using #LateRoomsBubble with your suggestion and you could experience your own personal bubble stay like no other.

What strange hotels have you stayed in?
