The competition, which has been designed to raise awareness of how disabled people can achieve their goals by sharing inspiring stories of personal achievement, closes for entries on 20th November, with the winners announced in December.

The winners in each category will receive an iPad, while the overall winner will also receive £200 of Amazon vouchers and a 12-month subscription to Photography Monthly.
