A series of three films have been made to reach out to families caring for a child with a life-shortening condition so they know they are not alone.
The films feature two parents who share their personal experiences so other families caring for seriously ill children can hear about different ways Together for Short Lives provides support through their Helpline, advocacy service and family community.
Mum Tory said: “Finding someone who could help us was a massive weight off my mind.”
